ORDERING + PAYMENT
Initial order minimum: $250 
Reorder minimum: $150
Orders that do not meet these minimums will not be processed. Payment must be made by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) ApplePay or PayPal at the time of checkout. Products are made to order and will be produced once payment has been received.

LEAD TIME + INVOICING
Average lead time is 2-4 weeks, subject to change depending on order volume and/or supply chain issues. If you need your order expedited ahead of our lead time, rush fee is 25% of the total order price and prior approval required.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We usually ship via UPS Ground. Shipping rates are tiered and orders over $500 ships free.Wild Daisy Candle Co.™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. We reserve the right to partial ship your order based on product availability and will communicate as applicable.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Wild Daisy Candle Co.™ within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, replacements will be sent or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
